What is recorded here
Galway countryside keeps a medieval settlement that stopped living before modern memory began. Houses, lanes and everyday tools may still lie buried beneath grass or fields. The absence of a visible name does not remove the people who ate, argued and raised children there. It only returns their weeks to darkness.
