Freestanding monument, dated 1958, on a square plan on stepped base. Repositioned, 1991. Set on concrete brick cobbled traffic island.
A monument by Arthur J. Breen (----) of Dublin erected to the memory of 'SEAMUS RAFTER [1873-1918] Comdt. of the Irish Volunteers and all those who gave their lives in the cause of Irish Freedom'.
