Sally Rooney

Castlebar, County Mayo, Ireland is the birthplace of Sally Rooney, the author of Normal People and Conversations with Friends. She was born there on 20 February 1991, grew up there, and still lives there with her spouse after studying in Dublin and working elsewhere.
