Detached three-bay two-storey presbytery, built c. 1910, with two-bay return. Square-headed window openings to first floor with canted bay windows to ground floor. Round-headed door openings with fanlight and side lights. Hipped roof with rendered chimneystacks. Outbuildings to rear. Bounday walls to front.

Saint Mary's Presbytery is a significant addition to the architectural heritage of Croom. Despite some changes, the overall massing of the house has been maintained. The canted bay windows to the front and the high pitch of the hipped roof add visual interest to a somewhat modest house.
