What is recorded here

Rough Island is a small tidal islet fifteen metres offshore from Murder Hole Beach in County Donegal, where dangerous currents and cliff edges turn the water into a killer rather than a bath. The beach belongs to Boyeeghter Strand, a remote Donegal coast with no direct road, private-path access and a name that sounds like a warning instead of an invitation. People may have fallen, been swept out or simply learned the sea's temper there; the island still stands as a marker of that much nearer danger.
Rough Island is recorded as a islet in County Donegal. Its open map record supplies this location and any linked names or public references.
