Semi-detached four-bay single-storey house, built c.1820. The walls are finished in painted render whilst the slated gable-ended pitched roof has an overhang with decorative bargeboards. The entrance consists of a replacement partly glazed timber door. The flat-headed windows have replacement uPVC frames and painted stone sills. Cast-iron rainwater goods. The building faces onto a road, but is separated from the roadside by a small garden.

Though somewhat altered with the insertion of replacement window frames and front door, this picturesque house is still an important part of the early to mid 19th-century aspect of Annamoe.
