Teampull Nam Manach on Rona is traditionally associated with St. Ronan (Rona), a 6th-century Irish monk and one of the early Pictish saints. The chapel and surrounding area are linked to healing traditions, and a holy well may have been part of the site, used for ritual purification or as a cure for various ailments.
