Single-arch road bridge over river, c.1825. Repaired, c.1950. Random rubble limestone walls with replacement concrete block parapets, c.1950, terminating in flush piers having shallow pyramidal capping. Single segmental arch with rendered voussoirs, and rendered soffits. Sited spanning tributary of River Glory with grass banks to river.
An elegantly-composed modest-scale bridge representing an element of the early nineteenth-century transport heritage of County Kilkenny while making an attractive, if subtle visual impression in a rural setting.
