Rock scribing in Glanycarney

In rough rocky grazing, on the N side of the road in the floor of the valley to the E of the Cousane Gap. A large lichen-covered area of bedrock with a rough grey surface sloping down to the SW on which a number of lighter-coloured, mainly linear pocked lines are visible. The lines are variously crossing or joining-up and form a rough parallelogram (c. 0.9m x 0.6m) towards the NE end of the area (c. 3.4m NE-SW x 3m N-S).
