Letter West holds a smooth five-metre boulder beside a stream, marked with cup-and-rings and three small cupmarks. Lichen and weather have erased other details, but the middle section still shows deliberate human marks. The stone sits at the edge of water, where people may have gathered to measure life, remember events or leave a claim for others to find.

Rock art identified and described by Aoibheann Lambe as; 'At the west bank of a stream, a prominent smooth shaped boulder measuring 5m NW/SE x 2m NE/SW, rising to c. 2m at NW and tapering to ground level at SE. The west and upper faces are divided into 3 main sections by fissures. Lichen encrusted, the upper surface is very weathered and some motifs may no longer be visible. The upper surface of the middle section is inscribed with two cup-and-rings and there are c. 3 cupmarks on the section to SE'.
