Kealduff Upper holds three faint cup-and-ring marks on a fractured sandstone ledge above the Behy River valley. The largest mark carries three rings around a small cup, while two smaller cup-and-ring marks cluster beside it. Rain and time have worn the lines shallow, but the stone still faces the slope where a person once sat with the valley spreading below.

In mountain heath (170m), on a NE-facing slope, on S side of stream. Good views overlooking Behy River valley to NE. A slightly rough and fractured grainy sandstone (dims. 3.40m N-S; 1.80m E-W; max. H 0.70m at N) which is sub-oval in plan. It has a triangular decorated surface (dims. 0.35m N-S; 0.65m E-W) which has a SSE-facing aspect. It bears very faint and weathered motifs consisting of a cup-and-three-ring motif (overall dims. 18cm N-S; 22cm E-W; cup diam. 3.5cm; D 4mm; ring Wth 1.5-2cm; D 2-4mm). A cup-and-ring motif (overall diam. 11cm; cup dims. 4cm x 4.5cm; D 5mm; ring Wth 1-1.5cm; D 2mm) is adjacent to WNW and a second, slightly smaller cup-and-ring motif (overall diam. 9cm) is adjacent to NE. Likely dating to the Neolithic or Bronze Age, this rock art may have had ritual or territorial significance, possibly linked to landscape features or early farming communities. No specific folklore is recorded for the site.
