Carrowreagh rock art holds four cupmarks in a triangular Donegal field, including one complete ring and one gapped ring with a tail running northeast. The stones sit barely twenty metres from a larger mass rock, exposed in grassland rather than hidden beneath soil. Their grooves point toward one another and the wide view beyond, as if marking a place where people watched the land, remembered a route or left a promise behind.

Identified by Van Hoek in 1987 and described as 'Only 20m ESE of the mass rock (DG003-005----) and in the same triangular field is one of the few outcrops in grassland which is engraved. It has four cupmarks; one large and deep example has one complete ring; another large and deep cupmark has one gapped ring with a short tail through the gap running NE. From its ring runs another groove towards the other cup and ring. The cupmark to the NW has faint traces of a ring and groove running SE. The rock slopes 8 degrees to the E where carved. There are wide inland views, especially towards Crockmore' (Van Hoek and Van Hoek 1985, fig. 3F) (Van Hoek 1987, 28). Van Hoek, M.A. M.
