A modernised holy well dedicated to St. Bridget. (Ó Muirgheasa No. 101) This well is dedicated to St. Bridget. Situated at the end of a garden (modern bungalow) right beside the road. Now covered over with concrete slabs (presumably to keep clean as it is probabaly used by the householders). Described by Ó Muirgheasa as 'In Maghernaul townland in the Isle of Doagh is St. Briege's Well, frequented by pilgrims till about 1900' (Ó Muirgheasa 1936, 159).
