Under 6 feet of peat, a stone roadway about 1m in width and consisting of small slab-like field stones, 3 or 4 courses in depth. The trackway runs in a NNE-SSW direction from near Pilgrimhill into Co. Limerick (OPW field report). The above description is derived from C. Toal, ‘North Kerry Archaeological Survey’. Dingle.
