What is recorded here

The site (L 3.06m min.; Wth 1.88m; D 0.12m min.) is orientated E-W and consists of longitudinal brushwood (diam. 0.01-0.05m) and three pegs (diam. 0.02-0.04m) set at 60-80°. This site is in very poor condition with the elements fragmented due to exposure. It lies in moderately humified fen peat with Sphagnum and unidentified reeds. SMR OF003-013---- lies 4.64m to the NW and appears to run N-S beneath this site. Compiled by: Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College Dublin). Date of upload: 23 May 2011
