What is recorded here
The site (L 3.37m; Wth 0.85m; D 0.14m) is orientated NW-SE on the field surface and consists of heavy brushwood overlaid by light brushwood and a number of twig beds. This material is bounded on either side by a single roundwood. The elements are longitudinally laid. The wood is in a moderate condition with a number of metal-cut toolmarks present and lies in moderately humified Sphagnum peat.
