A hurdle panel (L 3m min.; Wth 2.7m; D 0.07m) orientated NW-SE in the peat face of a private bog adjacent to the Bord na Móna bog. The hurdle consists of approximately sixty rods (diam. 0.01-0.027m) with a possible double sail (diam. 0.02m-0.035m) construction. It is in well-humified Sphagnum peat with Eriophorum and ericaceous remains. The site was radiocarbon dated to 1367-825 cal. BC (UCD-9952).
