What is recorded here
In undulating grassland. Circular rath (diam. 39m), in fair condition, defined by two banks and an intervening fosse. The inner bank and fosse are visible all round but the outer bank is only evident from S through W to NE. There is a stone-lined entrance gap (Wth 3.3m) at SE. A pathway overlies the fosse from NE to SE. A Man-made underground passage (GA095-121001-) lies in the N half of the interior. (Athy 1914, 135; McCaffrey 1952, 140, no. 45)
