Terraced three-bay two-storey house, c.1850, retaining original fenestration. One of a terrace of six. Pitched (shared) slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered (shared) chimney stack, and cast-iron rainwater goods on iron brackets. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and 6/6 timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with replacement glazed timber panelled door, c.1950. Set back from line of road with painted rendered boundary wall to forecourt having painted rendered piers, and iron gate.

A well-proportioned modest-scale house, built as one of a terrace of six identical units (including 22819030/WD-29-19-30), which remains the only example in the terrace to retain its original form and massing, together with substantial quantities of the original fittings and materials. The house, together with the remainder of the terrace, contributes significantly to the streetscape value of The Green.
