House

House, 18th century

What is recorded here

A three-storey three-bay mid-terrace house on a c.6m wide plot, c.9m height to top of front parapet, built c.1700-20 (Dublin Civic Trust, 2012). The full-height closet return, angled chimneybreasts to all floors, staircase with barley-twist balustrades and chunky moulded handrail suggest a former ‘Dutch Billy’ typology.

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
