Terraced two-bay three-storey with dormer accommodation former house, built c. 1820, now in use as retail outlet. Pitched natural slate roof with mineralised felt repairs and having mineralised felt flat roofs to dormers. Painted lined-and-ruled nap rendered walls with natural slate roof cladding to dormer windows and having exposed rubble stone visible to rear. Timber sliding sash windows to dormers. Timber top hung outward opening and timber side hung outward opening windows with painted stone sills to second floor. Timber fixed windows with timber glazed double leaf doors to ground floor surrounded by timber pilaster and entablature shopfront.
