Corner-sited end-of-terrace two-bay three-storey with attic accommodation former house, built c. 1820, now in use as offices and retail outlet. Pitched artificial slate roof with hipped natural slate roof, rooflights and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted nap rendered walls with painted brick below shop window. Timber top hung outward opening windows with painted concrete sills to upper floors. Fixed timber window with canted timber shop sign above to ground floor. Timber glazed door to ground floor.
