Terraced three-bay three-storey over basement former house, built c. 1820, with stair projection and two-storey return to rear. Now in use as offices. Pitched natural slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron gutter. Lined-and-ruled painted nap rendered walls. Timber one-over-one sliding sash windows with painted stone sills. Timber panelled door with moulded lintel surrounded by engaged Ionic columns, having radial fanlight with moulded archivolt above. Timber panelled door with radial fanlight above, now covered with galvanised sheet to basement level. Wrought-iron railings on rendered plinth. Stone steps up to front door. Concrete steps down to basement.
