Terraced three-bay three-storey over basement former house, built c. 1820, with two-storey extension with double-height atriums c.1990, incorporating former two-storey outhouse to rear. Now in use as offices. Pitched natural slate roof with rendered chimneystacks. Flat roof to extension with pyramidal rooflight having patent aluminium glazing and polycarbon sheeting translucent panels. Painted lined-and-ruled nap rendered walls. Timber sliding sash windows with limestone sills. Top hung outward opening windows to basement. Timber panelled door with carved Ionic engaged columns flanked by margin lights with radial fanlight above surrounded by moulded archivolt. Timber glazed door to basement. Cast-iron railings with limestone plinth. Limestone steps up to front door. Slate flag steps to basement area.
