Terraced single-bay three-storey with attic accommodation former house, built c. 1850, now in use as surgery. Pitched artificial slate roof with rooflights, nap rendered chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted lined-and-ruled nap rendered walls. Timber sliding sash tripartite windows with painted stone sills. Timber panelled door with radial toplight above.
