Terraced single-bay three-storey with attic accommodation former house, built 1924, extensive use of moulded decorative stucco to façade, two-storey extension to rear. Now in use as retail outlet and flats. Pitched artificial slate roof with cast-iron rooflight and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted nap rendered walls with render channelled pilasters spanning two-storeys, having decorative segmental pediment surround and cornice. Paired timber sliding sash window with mullions and painted stone sills to upper floors. Fixed timber window and timber glazed panelled door with toplight to ground floor.
