Screen wall, extant 1882. Set in unkempt grounds shared with Castle House.
A neo-medieval screen wall not only surviving as an interesting relic of the Castle House estate following the decline of the eponymous house (see 15505108), but also illustrating the continued development or "improvement" of the estate in the nineteenth century.
This does not grant access. Most recorded buildings are privately owned; view them only from public ground unless the owner allows entry.
