Situated on a natural hillock in undulating grassland, with good views in all directions, overlooked by a higher hillock on which a ringfort (WM013-077----) is situated 35m to NW. Vague traces of a possible circular shaped hut site are visible in the centre of a ringfort (WM013-078---).
