On level rough grazing, scrub and exposed limestone pavement with higher ground to the W. One of a pair of cairns, along with CL010-026009- c. 3m to its S. This is a tall, well-built, roughly circular drystone cairn (H 1.4-1.8m; diam. 2.3m). A third cairn (CL010-026008-) stands nearby, c. 30m to the ESE.
Also associated is an alignment (NW-SE) of four penitential stations (CL010-026003-, CL010-026004-, CL010-026005- and CL010-026006-) c. 70m to the NW, with ‘Tobernafiaghanta’ holy well (CL010-026001-) and another penitential station (CL010-026002-) a short distance (c.40m) beyond again, to the NW.
