Indicated is a moss-covered curved boundary near Temple Cronan in County Clare, marking an ecclesiastical enclosure around an early religious site. It stands less than a metre high, with a later field wall riding its top, and extends southwest from the church. The stones have likely watched prayers, herds and seasons change for centuries.

According to Sheehan (1982, 36) ‘Recently fieldwork at Termon has resulted in the discovery of an enclosure around the important early site at Temple Cronan’. A moss-covered curved boundary (Wth 4m; int. H 0.65m; ext. H 1.14m) with a later field wall on top extending S to SW c. 46m SW of the church (CL010-021002-) may represent the line of the enclosure.
