Field boundary in Teeromoyle

In rough, wet and rush-covered grazing on bog, on the lower SW-facing slopes of Teeromoyle Mountain and on the NW side of the Fearta River. The intermittent remains of curvilinear field walls (T 0.7m; H c. 0.6m), which protrude above the surface of the bog, occur to the E, W and NE of a hut site (KE070-092----). The walls consist mainly of large slab-type stones some set at right angles to the line of the wall and the remainder set on the line of the wall. The field walls occupy a roughly triangular area (c. 63m at E; c. 40m at S and c. 70m at NW).
