What is recorded here

Indicated was a fairy fort on a west-facing slope in County Kerry, now erased from the surface but still remembered as a stone-built underground passage. People walked past the hidden entrance or dropped stones into the dark throat of the earth before the passage was filled in. The land keeps the shape of what it swallowed.

A circular enclosure is marked at this location on the OS maps. No surface trace of the site remains, but local information recalls a stone-built Man-made underground passage passage (KE080-009001-) here which was filled in many years ago.
