Structure

Three closely laid roundwoods orientated N-S in the drain face (L 0.35m min.; Wth 0.59m; D 0.24m). The elements are in a moderate condition and lie in moderately humified Sphagnum peat with Eriophorum. SMR OF026-083---- is 0.45m above this site and SMR OF026-081---- is 2.47m to the SW. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 2003. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
