What is recorded here
A single roundwood (L 0.84m min.; diam. 0.079m) on the field surface in moderately humified Sphagnum peat with Eriophorum. It is c. 0.2m above SMR OF019-041---- 46 m from its N end and SMR OF019-043---- is 3.8m to the E. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 2002. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
