Situated at the crest of a S-facing slope below the summit of Carnbane West and c. 1m outside the line of the kerb of cairn A2 (ME015-003014-). This is an upright stone (dims 1.1m x 0.2-0.35m; H 1.35m) with a flat top, which has no art. This monument is not accessible to the public at the moment.

Probably dates to the Neolithic period, associated with early burial or ritual practices. Likely part of a funerary landscape linked to the passage tombs of Loughcrew.
