What is recorded here

Lying in the choir of the cathedral (TS061-025003-) on the Rock of Cashel. The lower portion of a very worn tapering slab (L 1.1m; Wth at top 0.57m; Wth at base 0.51m; T 0.09m) (Maher 1997, 71). Of the decoration only traces of the two parallel grooves of the cross-shaft are discernible and there is no evidence of an inscription (ibid.). Early Christian gravestone; 7th–9th century. Found in the Rock of Cashel cathedral, it reflects the artistic and funerary traditions of the Irish monastic period.
