Detached three-bay three-storey outbuilding, built 1769. Rubble stone walls with red brick eaves course. Some red brick relieving arches and timber lintels to openings. Pitched slate roof. Single-storey outbuilding and three-bay two-storey outbuilding to the site.

This group of outbuilding retain many interesting features and materials, such as the slate roofs and stone walls. The scale of these building is unusual in this domestic setting, and suggests that the site may have had industrial associations.
