What is recorded here

Half a metre of cross still stands at the edge of the monks' graveyard in Kerry, one arm broken away. It is small enough to touch, thin enough to mistake for a marker rather than a monument. What remains is a stub of faith, waiting for someone to remember why it was set in that soil.

Cross described in 1996 as follows; 'The stone cross, from which one arm has broken off, stands close to the SW side of the Monks' Graveyard [KE104A001046-]. H: 0.55m. W: 0.36m.
