Knocksallaghmore Fort is an earthen ringfort in County Clare, Ireland, belonging to the fairy fort kind rather than an ordinary human home. Its bank still stands as a boundary marker, separating the living world from the hidden world beneath the grass. People may have built it, forgotten it, or simply walked past it while the fairies kept it for themselves.
