Reroofed, ----. Now disused. Replacement pitched fibre-cement slate roof on a T-shaped plan centred on pitched (gabled) fibre-cement slate roof, moss-covered clay ridge tiles, rendered coping to gables, and cast-iron rainwater goods on limewashed roughcast eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Limewashed roughcast walls. Series of three elliptical-headed central carriageways with concealed red brick block-and-start surrounds having stepped reveals. Square-headed "arrow loop" openings (half-attic) centred on square-headed openings with cut-granite sills, and cut-granite block-and-start surrounds framing remains of timber boarded doors. Set in grounds shared with Rosegarland House.
A stable complex contributing positively to the group and setting values of the Rosegarland House estate. NOTE: A streamlined "Venetian Window" recalling the nearby Saint Edan's Catholic Church (1839), Clongeen (see 15704031), suggests a shared architect or builder.
