What is recorded here

The site (L 29.07m; Wth 0.29m; D 0.07m) is orientated NE-SW and consists of 2-3 roundwoods (diam. 0.08-0.09m) in the drain face. There is no evidence for woodworking. It lies in moderately humified Sphagnum peat. This site has been radiocarbon dated to cal. AD 473-765 (Beta-118030). Compiled by: Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College Dublin).
