O’Connell recorded a fallen Gallaun at Parknaratha, but the stone vanished before modern measurement could touch it. Rathfield keeps that absence alive: a name, a lost marker, and the chance that people once read life in its shape. The Iveragh peninsula still turns over its stones, hides them, or waits for someone patient enough to listen.

O’Connell refered to a fallen ‘Gallaun’ at Parknaratha (KAS). This could not be located. The above description is derived from A. O'Sullivan and J.
