Terraced three-bay two-storey house, built c.1840. The façade is finished in painted lined render whilst the pitched roof is slated and has a rendered chimneystack. The entrance consists of a replacement panelled timber door with plain rectangular fanlight. The windows are flat-headed and have replacement top-hung uPVC frames. Cast-iron rainwater goods. The building has a street frontage.

Like much of the rest of this mid 1800s terrace this house has witnessed the insertion of replacement uPVC window frames, however, also like much of the rest of the terrace, it has retained its mid 19th-century form and as such continues to make an important contribution to the streetscape.
