What is recorded here
Mortars and men may have build it, but the angle still cuts like a knife. The chamber holds a small brass compass, a dead radio, and a journal whose last page reads in a child's hand: The math is not finished. The window frame fits a body that never existed. The door has no hinge, yet it opens inward. What is missing is the thing being measured.
The official Northern Ireland record identifies this as RATH. Recorded period: E.CHRIST.. The official map point was placed at the centre of the recorded archaeological site from the source map reference.
The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
