What is recorded here

There were two hut-sites inside the inner enclosure of hilltop enclosure (MO030-018001-), and three in the outer but some of these have been damaged since 1967. This hut-site is situated in the E central part of the inner enclosure of the hilltop enclosure. It is a subrectangular or D-shaped grass-covered area (int. dims 5m WNW-ESE; 4m NNE-SSW) with the straight side aligned NW-SE on the NE side. The walls (Wth 1-1.8m; H 0.3m) have a double-faced stone facing in places, but the perimeter has been damaged on the S side. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of revised upload: 25 August 2017
