Indicated is a crannog in Ovaun, County Roscommon, Ireland. The 1927 edition of the OS 6-inch map depicts it as a small island, about 5m across, close to the north shore of Ballyoughter Lough, which measured about 150m across before draining. The site is no longer visible in its overgrown area.
