One chamber, one shaft, one missing column. The chamber holds water or memories. The shaft reflects sky or identity. The missing column completes the shape. Touch the chamber, watch the shaft, imagine the column, and the chamber becomes a whole place instead of a broken record.

Inside the W end of the parish church of Newtown Clonbun (ME036-049005-) is the rectangular base of a font (dims 0.53m x 0.50m; H 0.26m) with a chamfered upper surface where the scar of an octagonal shaft (dim. 0.3m) can be seen.
