What is recorded here

Terraced three-bay two-storey house, built c.1860. The building is rendered with quoins. The four panelled door has a plain moulded surround with keystone motif and plain fanlight. All window openings are flat-headed and all frames are six over six sash; painted stone sills. Artificial slate to the pitched roof and cast iron rainwater goods. Rendered chimneystacks, with moulded caps and clay pots. The building is set hard on the pavement.
Well preserved house of c.1860 which in its original condition adds much to the streetscape.
