In improved level pasture. Sub-circular area (dims. 4.3m N-S; c. 4m E-W) defined by remains of low profile fosse (Wth 2.2m; D 0.15m) NNW-SSE. Truncated by field boundary (long-axis NNW-SSE) across WSW-sector where there are no visible remains of monument. Interior generally level and c. 0.05m below exterior ground level. A ditch barrow, likely dating to the Early Bronze Age. Its sub-circular fosse and orientation suggest a funerary or ceremonial function typical of burial monuments in this period.
