Field system in Moods

Moods holds a long forgotten field line stretching eighty metres north from its ringfort across a gentle pasture slope. The earth still marks the boundary with a low scarp and short bank, proving the land was once divided and worked rather than left wild. That much is visible. Whether the fields grew grain, kept livestock or belonged to one household remains unknown, but the line itself refuses to disappear beneath grass or time.
